Who handles your information

Lusomek BV, Groenstraat 110, 3370 Boutersem, Belgium, company and VAT number BE 1021.027.443, is responsible for information submitted through this website. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to info@lusomek.be.

Information we collect

The project enquiry form collects your name, company, email address, optional telephone number, project or challenge title, and message. Please do not include confidential production data in the form.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to understand your request, assess whether Lusomek can assist, respond to you, and take requested steps towards a possible engineering engagement. We do not use form submissions for unrelated marketing or sell the information.

Service providers

This website is hosted by Netlify. Netlify processes and stores form submissions on Lusomek's behalf, and a submission may be forwarded to Lusomek by email. The hero image is delivered by Pexels, which receives the technical request information needed to provide that image. The site does not use analytics or marketing trackers.

Retention and your choices

Enquiries are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate potential work, manage any resulting professional relationship, and meet applicable legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its use, by emailing info@lusomek.be.
